Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can find the production time on the respective product detail page. But the following is the rule of thumb: If the product is in stock, it can be dispatched immediately in 1-4 working days. If your desired product is still being sewn for you, this will take approx. 2-3 weeks. The delivery time with DHL is usually 1-2 days, but this can vary during peak periods such as before Christmas
  • We deliver our products worldwide. If there is a problem with a country, please contact us by email at [email protected]
  • The delivery time starts after receipt of payment
  • Payment options are: Payment in advance by bank transfer, purchase on account, instant banking or payment with Paypal
  • The dispatch takes place via DHL

Admit it: If you have an active dog, then the dog accessories from EMMY & PEPE won't look quite the same as they did on the first day after various trips through the woods and fields. Nevertheless, you can do something to ensure that the stylish look of leads, collars, orthopaedic dog beds and other dog accessories is preserved for as long as possible. We also have a few care and safety tips for you.

Sometimes size does matter.

The right size is crucial, whether it's a collar, lead or even a dog bed. You can find all the information and tips you need here: 

Do you have a special request or a customised product? No problem, just send us an email. We will try to realise your every wish.

Of course, mistakes while measuring can happen. If the collar or lead you ordered really doesn't fit or the bed you ordered doesn't fit in the living room at all, you can return all products from the shop to us and we can of course exchange it. (Customised products are excluded from this rule. In order to be able to handle the exchange as smoothly as possible, we would like to ask you to enclose a sufficiently stamped envelope with the return. A short note about the reason for the exchange would also be great so that we can process it better. Please give us up to 14 days to process the exchange. Unfortunately, it may take a little longer for exchanges from abroad.
In the unfortunate event that one of our products really does not suit you, you can of course exercise your 14-day right of cancellation (with the exception of custom-made products). In this case, we would ask you to return your ordered product to us with a completed cancellation form and a bank account or PayPal details so that we can refund the purchase price.

you live too far away unfortunately? We can manage that too, maybe you know our online fairs, that's exactly how it works but only for you and your friends. We arrange to meet via WhatsApp or Zoom. A lead has to withstand a lot and is an object of daily use, so a carabiner can sometimes break. But that's no reason to throw your lead away straight away. We can replace carabiners. Please send us an email in advance to [email protected]
Important: Please only send us washed products, unfortunately we cannot repair unwashed products.
