Exchanges & Returns


If you are not 100% satisfied, neither are we. How do I return something?

•  Exchange or return, these two options are available
• Fill out the return form and put it in the package with the products you want to return or send it to us by email.
• Returns are usually processed within 7-14 days from the date of return.
• Shipping costs are up to you, but we will gladly send you a return label. Please send us an email to [email protected]

Each of our products is manufactured with attention to detail. Should something go wrong, you will find a repair form here.

• Send the product including a copy of the invoice or a handwritten note (name, address, order number) to Bruckdorferstr. 38, 93161 Sinzing
• Your product will normally be processed within 7-14 days from the date of return.


Every dog rolls around in mud or other animals' droppings, but please note that for reasons of hygiene and respect for our employees, we only process cleaned products. Otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 10-30€.


ACHTUNG

Jeder Hund wälzt sich mal im Schlamm oder Hinterlassenschaften anderer Tiere aber bitte beachte, dass wir aus hygienischen Gründen und Respekt vor unseren Mitarbeitern, ausschließlich gereinigte Produkte bearbeiten oder es wird eine Reinigungsgebühr von 20-30€ in Rechnung gestellt. 

I have sent my return ... What happens now?

Within 5-10 business days from the time we receive your return, it will be processed. Normally, the return delivery time is 3 working days. If you have any problems understanding the instructions or returning your package, please refer to our email address. One of our staff will answer your question as soon as possible.

Conditions in brief

A refund of the value of the returned products will be made to the original account. You can of course place a new order if you wish to have other products sent. The goods must be in the same condition in which you received them. Products can be returned only within a maximum of 14 days from the date you received them. Customized or Super Sale products can unfortunately not be returned.
