Much more than just a basket:
The Wau-Snuggle impresses with its elegant, vegan outer material in a faux leather look. The high-quality, dimensionally stable volume fleece provides structure, support, and lasting comfort. Two side carrying handles and a sturdy, wide shoulder strap make it easy to carry – whether to the car or a hotel room.
- Practically designed:
Three external pockets offer ample space for a leash, treats, toys, and other essentials – keeping everything close at hand. Inside, your dog will find a softly padded insert that not only conceals all internal seams but also provides extra comfort. This insert is easily removable.
- Safe & comfortable travel:
An integrated safety belt allows you to secure your dog in the basket – ideal for car journeys. Please note: The Wau-Snuggle is a comfortable addition for travel, but not a substitute for a certified transport crate.
What size dog does your dog need?
The Wau-Snuggle is a travel basket . Dogs usually lie curled up or on their side in it – they rarely stretch out completely.
Based on this experience, we have developed the following size recommendations .
Tip: If you want your dog to be able to stretch out completely in the Wau-Snuggle, we recommend choosing a larger size .

Care instructions
Easy to care for and suitable for everyday use:
The entire Wau-Snuggle is washable at 30°C (without fabric softener, please do not tumble dry) – for maximum hygiene without effort.
The padded insert can be easily removed and washed at 40°C – ideal for a fresh start after your adventure.

We ship your desired product quickly and reliably with DHL. Items in stock are shipped within 2–5 business days. Products that we custom-make for you take approximately 3–4 weeks to ship. If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we kindly ask for your patience. For sustainability reasons, we will ship your order together as soon as all items are available. - We deliver our products worldwide.
- The delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
- Payment options include: prepayment via bank transfer, purchase on account, instant banking, Shopify Pay or payment via PayPal.
- Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
What does the right of withdrawal typically look like?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery person) has received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of this. It is sufficient if you send this notification before the 30-day period expires.
Refund & Return:
Once we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (including delivery costs, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping) within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note:
The goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage – we cannot accept collect shipments.
No right of withdrawal for personalized products:
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured or personalized according to your specifications. This includes, for example, custom-made dog beds or other special orders. An exchange or return is only possible if there is a defect as defined by the statutory warranty.
