Can I redeem a voucher at the roadshow?
Yes, of course, that's no problem!
You can easily redeem your voucher at the roadshow – simply bring it with you digitally or printed out.
Will I receive the voucher by email?
Yes, you will receive the voucher code by email – depending on how you order it:
If you tick the box for "send as a gift to" during the purchase process, the voucher code will be automatically sent to the specified email address.
If you don't tick this box, you will instead receive a normal order confirmation by email – the voucher code will also be included there.
Will the voucher also be sent by post?
No, we do not send vouchers by post.
You will receive the voucher code exclusively digitally via email.
Can I also redeem the voucher at the EMMY & PEPE shop in Sinzing?
Yes, you can also redeem your voucher in our store in Sinzing.
Just drop by, bring the voucher code with you (digital or printed), and our team will be happy to apply it on site.
