Write us an email and tell us a little about your dog. You will automatically receive a questionnaire from us; please send it back to us as a reply.
We will then contact you by phone or email – this may take up to 7 working days.
In a personal consultation, we'll discuss all the important points. Following this, you'll receive a customized feeding plan, perfectly tailored to your dog.

The review
We're keeping everything under control.
Your first plan usually lasts 14 days.
Afterwards, we'll discuss together how the change has affected your dog: What worked well? What didn't?
If necessary, we will adjust the plan – so that your dog stays healthy and happy in the long term.
Individual & Flexible
We adapt to you
Our nutritional advice is not tied to a specific location and adapts entirely to your individual daily routine.
Especially with puppies or young animals, it is important to update the plan regularly, as their nutritional needs change constantly during the first year.
Dogs or cats with special needs can also be accompanied long-term upon request.
Should there be any indications of allergies or intolerances, Susanne Heuser – an experienced animal naturopath and nutritionist – will support us.
