What exactly does the 30-day trial sleep guarantee mean?
Our 30-day trial sleep guarantee is an extended return policy that applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal. You can return the dog bed within 30 days if your dog doesn't take to it.
⚠️ Exceptions:
The extended return policy applies once per customer.
Returns solely for the purpose of receiving a subsequent discount are not permitted.
The customer bears the return shipping costs in accordance with our return policy.
When can a dog bed not be returned?
Excluded from the warranty are dog beds with defects caused by improper use, e.g.:
❌ Scratches, cracks, cuts or heavy soiling
❌ Damage caused by improper care or incorrect handling
❌ Mold growth or outdoor use
❌ Wrong size chosen (Please refer to the size chart!)
💡 If a returned bed shows signs of use, a cleaning or disposal fee of up to €50 may apply.

How can I protect the dog bed during the trial sleeping period?
To ensure the bed remains in perfect condition, we recommend:
✅ Put a blanket over the bed to prevent stains.
✅ Make sure your dog doesn't eat chew toys in bed.
✅ Please vacuum the bed before returning it (but do not wash it – we will take care of that).
If your dog doesn't take to the bed, you can return it within 30 days. Returned beds are cleaned and resold as refurbished items.
