Wau-to-go "Lothar"
The "Lothar" dog walking bag – the perfect companion for your outings together. The main compartment for treats is secured with a snap closure. Another compartment with a magnetic flap protects your phone, for example, and a special pocket on the back is for poop bags. Perfectly organized, right?
The treat compartment is coated with silicone, so your dog walking bag and clothes stay clean.
The shoulder strap can be converted into a short leash in no time – simply remove both carabiners from the bag. Webbing loops and carabiners provide two additional carrying options for the dog walking bag. The outdoor fabric is dirt- and water-repellent.

Care instructions
After a long outdoor adventure, you can let the washing machine take care of cleaning your Wau-to-go. Simply wash your fanny pack at 40 degrees Celsius, without fabric softener, in a laundry bag or pillowcase.

Are the straps adjustable?
Yes, but it depends on the material:
• Rope straps – Can be individually shortened using a figure-eight knot .
• E&P straps made of webbing – are infinitely adjustable and adapt flexibly.

How do I change/remove the WAU-TO-GO retainer?
Changing the brace closure takes place in just a few steps:
Step-by-step instructions:
1️⃣ Remove metal bolts
• Use a suitable pin punch to push out one of the two metal bolts.
• Carefully pull the brace out on the other side.
2️⃣ Insert new brace
• Push the new clasp parts (without cotter pins) through the fabric in the opposite direction to the old clasp.
3️⃣ Tap in the cotter pins
• First tap the cotter pins in from above on one side , then on the other side .
• Press the eyelets together with pliers to securely fix the brace.

- We're speeding things up! All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. If everything goes smoothly, your package should arrive in under a week – provided your desired item is in stock.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we kindly ask for your patience. For sustainability reasons, we will ship your order together as soon as all items are available. - We deliver our products worldwide.
- The delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
- Payment options include: prepayment via bank transfer, purchase on account, instant banking, Shopify Pay or payment via PayPal.
- Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
What does the right of withdrawal look like in normal cases?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery person) has received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of this. It is sufficient if you send this notification before the 30-day period expires.
Refund & Return:
Once we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (including delivery costs, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping) within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note:
The goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage – we cannot accept collect shipments.
No right of withdrawal for personalized products:
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured or personalized according to your specifications. This includes, for example, custom-made dog beds or other special orders. An exchange or return is only possible if there is a defect as defined by the statutory warranty.
