It combines an elegant look with everyday functionality. Thanks to the Made from water- and dirt-repellent outdoor fabric, the Wau-Pack fanny pack is perfect for your everyday life on the go.
With its flexible use options as a waist pack or cross-body bag and its adjustable size (thanks to 3 different strap lengths to choose from), it's perfectly tailored to your needs and adventures. The stated circumference refers to the total circumference of the Wau-Pack including the respective strap.
The Wau-Pack offers ample storage space for all the essential items you need during a leisurely outing, while shopping, or in everyday life:

- Separate treat pouch "Woof Pocket" for easy removal and replacement
With the newly added tab above the carabiner, you can secure your Wau-Pocket to your Wau-Pack using the carabiner. The Wau-Pocket:
- It is coated with silicone on the inside - it does not allow oils and greases to pass through and is therefore easier to clean.

Is it possible to exchange the treat bag?
Yes, absolutely! The dog pocket is interchangeable, so you can individually restyle your EMMY & PEPE dog walking bag.
Things you should pay attention to:
• Button and carabiner colors – choose a pocket with the same button color as on your Wau-Pack
• Easy attachment – Quick and easy to replace for greater flexibility.
What is the size of the Wau-Pack?
The Wau-Pack is available in three sizes, with the length of the straps including the pack giving the specified circumference:
• S: 60 – 85 cm
• M: 80 – 110 cm
• L: 100 – 145 cm
➡ Thanks to the adjustable straps, the Wau-Pack can be optimally adjusted to the body circumference!
The dog pocket won't stay attached to the dog pack...?
We adjusted the snap fasteners on the Wau-Pack based on customer feedback, as they were initially too tight . Therefore, they are now designed to be a bit looser .
What to do if the button doesn't stay on?
• Additional fastening – Each Wau-Pack has a loop & magnet to securely fix the Wau-Pocket.
• Optimization process underway – We are already working on a long-term solution and testing various improvement options.

Payment & Shipping
- We're speeding things up! All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. If everything goes smoothly, your package should arrive in under a week – provided your desired item is in stock.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we kindly ask for your patience. For sustainability reasons, we will ship your order together as soon as all items are available. - We deliver our products worldwide.
- The delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
- Payment options include: prepayment via bank transfer, purchase on account, instant banking, Shopify Pay or payment via PayPal.
- Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
What does the right of withdrawal typically look like?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery person) has received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of this. It is sufficient if you send this notification before the 30-day period expires.
Refund & Return:
Once we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (including delivery costs, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping) within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note:
The goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage – we cannot accept collect shipments.
No right of withdrawal for personalized products:
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured or personalized according to your specifications. This includes, for example, custom-made dog beds or other special orders. An exchange or return is only possible if there is a defect as defined by the statutory warranty.
