No, the backpacks are not available in size L , as they would otherwise be too large, unwieldy and unstable when carried.

Is the dog blanket waterproof and also suitable for outdoor use?
The dog blanket is water-repellent , but not completely waterproof.
The outer layer is made of robust outdoor fabric that is dirt- and water-repellent , making it ideal for outdoor use or travel . The inner layer , on the other hand, is made of a cuddly, soft fabric that ensures maximum comfort.

Which size should I choose?
The dog blanket is available in two sizes :
• S (80 × 60 cm) – Ideal for small dogs or dogs. Perfect for breeds such as Dachshunds, Chihuahuas, Jack Russells or French Bulldogs .
• M (100 × 80 cm) – Suitable for medium-sized dogs. Recommended for Cocker Spaniels, Border Collies, Beagles, or Labradors . Ridgebacks will also find it suitable.
➡ Consider your dog's sleeping habits – if he likes to stretch out, a larger blanket is often the better choice!
Can I also transport food in the inner compartment?
Yes, packed food and snacks can easily be stored in the separate pockets .
For longer journeys or larger food rations, however, we recommend our Wau-Chew family , which has been specially designed for safe and practical food storage .
Payment & Shipping
- We're speeding things up! All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. If everything goes smoothly, your package should arrive in under a week – provided your desired item is in stock.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we kindly ask for your patience. For sustainability reasons, we will ship your order together as soon as all items are available. - We deliver our products worldwide.
- The delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
- Payment options include: prepayment via bank transfer, purchase on account, instant banking, Shopify Pay or payment via PayPal.
- Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
What does the right of withdrawal look like in normal cases?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery person) has received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of this. It is sufficient if you send this notification before the 30-day period expires.
Refund & Return:
Once we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (including delivery costs, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping) within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note:
The goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage – we cannot accept collect shipments.
No right of withdrawal for personalized products:
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured or personalized according to your specifications. This includes, for example, custom-made dog beds or other special orders. An exchange or return is only possible if there is a defect as defined by the statutory warranty.
