Made from high-quality rope and genuine US Biothane® , the Wau-Straight collar offers an excellent combination of durability and a comfortable feel. The adjustable Biothane closure adapts perfectly to the neck size and is adjusted in width and thickness depending on the size to ensure optimal comfort and a secure fit.
For maximum stability and durability, only robust metal components are used: buckles made of nickel-free die-cast zinc or brass are particularly skin-friendly, while rings and screws made of stainless steel or die-cast zinc offer the highest level of security. In addition, all binding screws are secured with a locking adhesive to guarantee a permanent connection even under intensive use.
This collar is easy to care for, weather-resistant, and suitable for everyday use. Its simple design makes it a versatile choice for dog owners who value style, functionality, and durability. Please note that color variations may occur due to different monitor settings , and the number and position of the beads may vary slightly depending on the neck size . - We're speeding things up! All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. If everything goes smoothly, your package should arrive in under a week – provided your desired item is in stock.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we kindly ask for your patience. For sustainability reasons, we will ship your order together as soon as all items are available. - We deliver our products worldwide.
- The delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
- Payment options include: prepayment via bank transfer, purchase on account, instant banking, Shopify Pay or payment via PayPal.
- Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
What does the right of withdrawal look like in normal cases?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery person) has received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of this. It is sufficient if you send this notification before the 30-day period expires.
Refund & Return:
Once we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (including delivery costs, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping) within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

The goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage – we cannot accept collect shipments.
No right of withdrawal for personalized products:
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured or personalized according to your specifications. This includes, for example, custom-made dog beds or other special orders. An exchange or return is only possible if there is a defect as defined by the statutory warranty.
