The decorative beaded strand is adjusted according to the chosen size – for smaller sizes like XS and S, the number of beads is reduced accordingly to ensure a harmonious overall look.
For maximum stability and safety, robust metal components are used: buckles made of nickel-free die-cast zinc or brass, as well as rings and screws made of stainless steel or die-cast zinc, offer reliable durability. This is complemented by specially secured binding screws, which are additionally fixed with a thread-locking adhesive – ideal for everyday use.

The number of beads depends on the size of the necklace . Depending on the model, there are between 5 and 9 beads on the necklace.

No, the beads on our pre-defined models are not individually customizable.

Yes! Almost every collar comes with a matching rope leash – 2 meters long and adjustable in three places . This gives you maximum flexibility and a perfectly coordinated set for your dog! 🐶✨

The rope is made of high-quality polypropylene multifilament (PPM) – a vegan, durable and versatile material that is ideal for dog leashes and collars.

Payment & Shipping
- We're speeding things up! All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. If everything goes smoothly, your package should arrive in under a week – provided your desired item is in stock.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we kindly ask for your patience. For sustainability reasons, we will ship your order together as soon as all items are available. - We deliver our products worldwide.
- The delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
- Payment options include: prepayment via bank transfer, purchase on account, instant banking, Shopify Pay or payment via PayPal.
- Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
What does the right of withdrawal look like in normal cases?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery person) has received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of this. It is sufficient if you send this notification before the 30-day period expires.
Refund & Return:
Once we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (including delivery costs, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping) within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note:
The goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage – we cannot accept collect shipments.
No right of withdrawal for personalized products:
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured or personalized according to your specifications. This includes, for example, custom-made dog beds or other special orders. An exchange or return is only possible if there is a defect as defined by the statutory warranty.
