This mattress protector, specially designed for the "Wau-Bed" dog bed, protects the inner cushions and filling from moisture and dirt. Consisting of two parts, it fits seamlessly onto the inner cushions of your dog bed. It remains invisible under the main cover without compromising the bed's orthopedic benefits.
The protector, made from high-quality, intensive-care fabric, is highly absorbent, wicking away normal moisture from your dog (rain, accidents, etc.) and offering additional mite protection. Please note, however, that it is not 100% waterproof, as we are unfortunately unable to weld the seams.

We ship your desired product quickly and reliably with DHL. Items in stock are shipped within 2–5 business days. Products that we custom-make for you take approximately 3–4 weeks to ship. Is the moisture protection 100% waterproof?
The "Wau-Bed" dirt and moisture protection is robust – but not 100% waterproof. Why? Because the seams are not welded. Nevertheless, the high-quality fabric, used in intensive care, is highly absorbent, reliably soaks up normal moisture (e.g., wet fur after a walk or minor accidents), and effectively protects the inner cushion from moisture and dirt.
Payment & Shipping
- We're speeding things up! All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. If everything goes smoothly, your package should arrive in under a week – provided your desired item is in stock.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we kindly ask for your patience. For sustainability reasons, we will ship your order together as soon as all items are available. - We deliver our products worldwide.
- The delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
- Payment options include: prepayment via bank transfer, purchase on account, instant banking, Shopify Pay or payment via PayPal.
- Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
What does the right of withdrawal typically look like?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery person) has received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of this. It is sufficient if you send this notification before the 30-day period expires.
Refund & Return:
Once we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (including delivery costs, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping) within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note:
The goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage – we cannot accept collect shipments.
No right of withdrawal for personalized products:
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured or personalized according to your specifications. This includes, for example, custom-made dog beds or other special orders. An exchange or return is only possible if there is a defect as defined by the statutory warranty.
