Skyvell Home Odor Eliminator Gel
Skyvell odor eliminator gel contains natural essential oils and pure mountain water from Austria, which combat unpleasant odors through molecular cleansing. By using Skyvell, you can be sure that your rooms will always smell fresh and that bad odors will be neutralized, not simply masked. Skyvell continuously fights bad odors and is therefore perfect for your home and other locations. The gel lasts for approximately 30 days.
The product is completely harmless to humans, animals and the environment and is biodegradable.

Application
Skyvell Gel effectively eliminates all odors without leaving any other scent behind. Only the pleasant aroma of fresh air remains. Skyvell Gel efficiently and gently removes odors from: food, bodily fluids, chemicals, mold, smoke, animals, garbage, paint, etc. It is commonly used in: hospitals, nursing homes, restaurants, hotels, sanitary facilities, fitness and sports facilities, and private homes.
After removing the protective film, Skyvell Gel works around the clock by releasing its active ingredient, which gradually evaporates completely into the air. The product thus works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, continuously combating odors. The product can be transferred into several shallow, open containers (minimum width 100 mm). The container can be refilled as needed. With normal air circulation and room temperature, the Skyvell Gel in the container can be used for approximately 30 days before the container needs to be replaced or refilled.

Payment & Shipping
- We're speeding things up! All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. If everything goes smoothly, your package should arrive in under a week – provided your desired item is in stock.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we kindly ask for your patience. For sustainability reasons, we will ship your order together as soon as all items are available. - We deliver our products worldwide.
- The delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
- Payment options include: prepayment via bank transfer, purchase on account, instant banking, Shopify Pay or payment via PayPal.
- Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
What does the right of withdrawal look like in normal cases?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery person) has received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of this. It is sufficient if you send this notification before the 30-day period expires.
Refund & Return:
Once we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (including delivery costs, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping) within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note:
The goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage – we cannot accept collect shipments.
No right of withdrawal for personalized products:
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured or personalized according to your specifications. This includes, for example, custom-made dog beds or other special orders. An exchange or return is only possible if there is a defect as defined by the statutory warranty.
