Our specially developed dog bed fillings are designed to perfectly adapt to your dog's needs. Whether you have a small, medium, or large dog, we have the right filling for you. The composition varies depending on your dog's weight to ensure optimal comfort and support.
Main ingredients of our filling:
1. Viscoelastic foam in various densities: This material adapts to your dog's body shape , providing excellent support. It helps prevent pressure points and ensures a restful sleep.
2. Cold foam : Known for its durability and breathability, this foam offers an additional layer of comfort and ensures good air circulation in the bed.
3. Fiber balls for very small dogs: These light and soft balls are ideal for small dogs as they create a comfortable and soft lying surface while supporting the body.
We adjust the material blend to the dog's weight to ensure the best possible comfort. Easy to use: You can simply pour the filling into your existing dog bed.

Care instructions
Washable at 60°C
– Remove the filling and put it into a large pillow until the inner pillow fits into the washing machine.
Very important:
The filling must be completely dry before you refill the bed and close the cover – otherwise there is a risk of mildew or mold.
Refilling made easy:
You can then easily fill the bed by hand – don't worry, you can't go wrong! Just make sure that the filling is evenly distributed – especially in the corners and at the edges – so that your dog is completely comfortable.

We ship your desired product quickly and reliably with DHL. Items in stock are shipped within 2–5 business days. Products that we custom-make for you take approximately 3–4 weeks to ship. Our filling
Our specially developed filling adapts perfectly to your dog's needs. The main component is high-quality viscoelastic foam, which reacts with point elasticity and relieves pressure. Depending on your dog's weight, we mix this with cold foam or soft fiber balls – tailored to your dog's weight. To ensure the filling fits perfectly, please select the appropriate weight range for your dog.

One filling weighs 1 kg. The recommended amount of filling varies depending on the bed size and the dog's weight.

Frequently asked questions about the product
Can I wash the filling?
Yes, absolutely! Washing it in the washing machine at up to 60°C is no problem. Take the filling out of the inlay and put it into a large pillow.
Things you should pay attention to:
The filling must be completely dry before you refill the bed and close the cover – otherwise there is a risk of mildew or mold.
Can I adjust the filling myself?
No problem. Simply remove the cover from the Wau-Bed, open the zipper of the inlay, and distribute the filling evenly within the inlay.

Payment & Shipping
- We're speeding things up! All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. If everything goes smoothly, your package should arrive in under a week – provided your desired item is in stock.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we kindly ask for your patience. For sustainability reasons, we will ship your order together as soon as all items are available. - We deliver our products worldwide.
- The delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
- Payment options include: prepayment via bank transfer, purchase on account, instant banking, Shopify Pay or payment via PayPal.
- Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
What does the right of withdrawal typically look like?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery person) has received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of this. It is sufficient if you send this notification before the 30-day period expires.
Refund & Return:
Once we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (including delivery costs, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping) within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note:
The goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage – we cannot accept collect shipments.
No right of withdrawal for personalized products:
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured or personalized according to your specifications. This includes, for example, custom-made dog beds or other special orders. An exchange or return is only possible if there is a defect as defined by the statutory warranty.
