NATURAL SUGAR MOLECULES TO SUPPORT THE GUT

Boiling pre-cooked diced carrots releases oligosaccharides from the carrots. Feeding recommendation

Boil the carrots in water according to the chart on the package. Simmer over medium heat for 30-45 minutes. The finely chopped carrots are already pre-cooked, so the preparation time is shorter. Puree if desired and let cool to room temperature. Add a little extra water as needed to achieve the desired consistency (mushy, very liquid). Add the salt at the end.
