The secret to this leash lies in the material: Biothane is an extremely durable, easy-care, and weatherproof high-tech material. It consists of a tear-resistant polyester core coated with TPU or PVC – this makes the leash completely water-repellent, prevents it from absorbing moisture, and keeps it light, grippy, and hygienic even when wet. It won't mold, doesn't absorb odors, and requires no oiling or special maintenance. Simply wipe it clean – that's it!
Thanks to its robust properties, the Biothane leash is ideal for walks even in bad weather. It remains dimensionally stable, colorfast, and comfortable to handle even in rain, snow, or direct sunlight. Biothane also doesn't become brittle in cold weather – making it perfect for year-round use.

Biothane is an innovative, coated material consisting of a polyester or nylon webbing covered with a TPU or polyurethane layer. This makes it:

- We're speeding things up! All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. If everything goes smoothly, your package should arrive in under a week – provided your desired item is in stock.

If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times, we kindly ask for your patience. For sustainability reasons, we will ship your order together as soon as all items are available. - We deliver our products worldwide.
- The delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
- Payment options include: prepayment via bank transfer, purchase on account, instant banking, Shopify Pay or payment via PayPal.
- Shipping is via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout.
Returns & Cancellations
What does the right of withdrawal look like in normal cases?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason. The period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (other than the delivery person) has received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of this. It is sufficient if you send this notification before the 30-day period expires.
Refund & Return:
Once we have received your cancellation and the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (including delivery costs, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard shipping) within 30 days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Please note:
The goods must be returned to us with sufficient postage – we cannot accept collect shipments.
No right of withdrawal for personalized products:
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for products that have been manufactured or personalized according to your specifications. This includes, for example, custom-made dog beds or other special orders. An exchange or return is only possible if there is a defect as defined by the statutory warranty.
